Plan and Organize Job Search Techniques

In many cases we plan and organize how and when we can contact people who interest us. And that is the job search techniques for contacts.

Technique 1: Contact by phone
More than a technique, the telephone is the medium through which we can apply job search techniques with our network. But given the importance, for how often we use it, and the good (or bad) results that can generate its use, to highlight the value to the networking in the job search going to consider it as a technique itself.

Technique 2: Talking with colleagues
People who are working now we also have many reasons to maintain good personal relations and to properly utilize our contacts in the company, both in this (to keep our job or find a better one), and in the future, as in the case we lose our partners employment contacts are possible.

Technique 3: Talk to fellow “other types of jobs”
We are also “working” when we are making practices, when we work together without being engaged, when we develop voluntary activities or how students are learning activities. Somehow, in these situations we are working because we have bosses, peers and responsibilities, or not receive a salary, and all those peers are possible contacts, no doubt.
