1. How have you found your last job or most of the jobs you’ve had? What about your friends? If you do a small survey around you will see that most of the people you know are working through these personal contacts, direct or indirect, provided information and showed their support in any way.
2. Seeking business contacts for your employees? Yes. In fact this is the method mostly used, the smaller more business. The advantages are clear: to find potential employees is known by a fast and simple, and knowing in advance to candidates (or the people who recommended) employers feel more confident that these people are going to better assume their responsibilities. For these reasons some companies are even willing to pay their employees so that they themselves look to other workers. Imagine that you’ve assembled your own business and you have to find workers, how would you do? Sure, you too would start looking through people you know, is not it?
3. Why use as little as bad and the best technique to find work? The best way to find a job CV not sow offers portals on the Internet (although it is a technique to apply), but have the support, influence, or information from people you know. Why do we complain so much (unless it’s up to us) that other people find jobs, thanks in part to social relations, and we do so little to promote our own? Where is the problem?
